“We chose Hansen Living to do our renovation after Scott was recommended by a real estate agent. We met with him several times before committing, feeling torn between proceeding with the stress of a renovation and not wanting to proceed with the whole thing. Scott was reassuring, positive and nothing was too much trouble. He was prompt with his communication, answering emails, and phone calls quickly. He gave us a realistic quote, and readily provided more specific details when requested. But the thing that really made the renovation easier was whenever an issue arose, Scott’s attitude of “We can solve this, “ took the pressure off, reassuring us and resulted in a renovation with which we happy. We left quite a bit of the design work to Scott too. He liaised with us, sent ideas, did modifications etc , again making the process of renovating as easy as possible. We had not emptied all the contents from our house, but felt totally comfortable with people coming in to work whilst we were not there. Working with Hansen Living, and in particular Kirsten, was wonderfully simple. Kirsten came through our home with suggestions and ideas to work with our existing look and style, but also with recommendations on what we should remove.
The end result was fantastic, our home looks fresh and modern – as we had hoped. Kirsten’s approach was professional and friendly at all times and she went the extra mile for us when we were overseas, while our first open for inspection was happening, by arranging flowers and vases.
